2026 PRESENTERS

Steph is a Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, and founder of The Pilates HQ App with 15+ years’ experience. She combines clinical expertise, strength training, and Pilates to create safe, effective, and engaging sessions. Steph empowers instructors to teach with confidence while making movement approachable, evidence-based, and fun.

Claudia is a Clinical Pilates and Body Language Expert with over 20 years’ experience and the creator of the Body Story Method™. She helps clients and instructors ease pain, understand the body’s messages, and rebalance the nervous system through body-based healing. Blending movement, fascia, somatics, and science, Claudia’s trainings create deep and lasting transformation.

Kira-Leigh Rule is a Physiotherapist, Women’s Health Specialist, and founder of Body Form Education, a global Physio-led Pilates training provider. A former elite gymnast whose recovery from spinal injury inspired her career, Kira-Leigh has trained over 1,000 instructors worldwide. Her evidence-based approach bridges fitness and clinical application, empowering teachers to confidently work with clients from rehabilitation to high performance.

Hope Spencer is the founder of The Positive Health Project and an Oncology & Lymphoedema Physiotherapist. She helps people affected by cancer regain strength, confidence, and quality of life through hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and education at every stage of treatment and recovery.

David is a Physiotherapist, Pilates Educator, and Strength & Conditioning Coach with nearly a decade of experience in Pilates education. A former bodybuilder, he’s passionate about optimising movement and empowering instructors with practical knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional training. Known for his approachable, hands-on teaching style, David helps instructors refine their skills and teach with confidence.

Richmond Heath is a Physiotherapist and leading TRE® Trainer pioneering neurogenic movement in exercise and rehabilitation. Since bringing TRE to Australia, he has trained thousands of people and continues to bridge trauma science with practical movement to support better function and wellbeing.

Vanessa De Santi, founder of Pilates by VDS in Sydney, has over 20 years of teaching experience and a background in professional dance. A Polestar-trained instructor with a passion for movement, she is dedicated to helping people feel strong and confident in their bodies. Her award-winning studio offers innovative programs, including a teens program and the specialised oncology-focused WarriorHer Program.

Helen Stamatakos is a Principal Trainer with the PAA and owner of Pilatesinsync, a leading Sydney studio with over 20 years of movement excellence. Renowned for her anatomical precision and dynamic teaching style, she presents at major conferences and mentors instructors across diverse disciplines. Helen specialises in translating complex biomechanics into clear, effective programming for everyone—from everyday movers to high-performance athletes.

Charell is a Functional Movement and Pilates Specialist with 30+ years in wellness. Overcoming three spine surgeries, she now teaches pain-free and empowers clients to build mind–body resilience. Owner of her own studio and clinic, she’s a sought-after presenter and mentor recognised for excellence in the fitness industry.

Ava is a specialist in fitness and sports rehabilitation, with a focus on joint mobility when conventional methods fall short. She created an accredited certification program for Pilates professionals and has helped hundreds of instructors worldwide apply her methods to enhance training, performance, and client outcomes.

Sarina Coventry is a Women’s Health Nutritionist and Clinical EFT Practitioner passionate about hormone health and nervous system regulation. Through The Seed Cycle, she helps women build cycle literacy, ease period symptoms, and work with their bodies to thrive at every stage of life.

Monica Makmud is a Pilates instructor and movement specialist with a passion for working with injuries and special populations.   Monica owns a home studio and co-owns a studio in Sydney CBD, where she supports clients through rehabilitation, chronic conditions, and functional strength training with a compassionate, empowering approach.

Allan Menezes is a pioneer of Pilates in Australia and the creator of the internationally recognised Menezes Method®. With decades of experience in movement education, Allan is known for his biomechanical precision and spine-focused approach to Reformer training. His work empowers instructors and practitioners to achieve safer, stronger, and pain-free movement outcomes through intelligent, evidence-based Pilates.

Jess Jenkins is a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and APPI-trained Pilates Instructor with over 14 years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. She is known for her evidence-based, practical approach to movement, combining physiotherapy and Pilates to build strength, confidence, and long-term wellbeing. Based in Melbourne, Jess runs her own physiotherapy clinic and online Pilates platform, helping women feel supported, informed, and empowered at every stage of life.

Jessica Davey is a Classical Pilates educator, studio owner, and Director of Slo Method Pilates Teacher Training, with over 12 years of teaching experience. A self-professed Pilates method nerd, Jessica has taught internationally and studied with leading educators including Benjamin Degenhardt and Blossom Leilani-Crawford. She is also an FRC® Mobility Specialist, bringing a deep understanding of biomechanics and functional movement to her teaching.

Tam has been a Pilates geek for 27 years. With four comprehensive Pilates certifications under her belt, Tam has a strong passion for comprehensive, quality Pilates education. Tam believes Pilates is not about WHAT you do, but HOW you do it. She is working hard to build a strong community of quality instructors in an ever growing Pilates industry, while staying true to the essence of the Pilates method, she believes a workout does not have to be complicated to be effective, there is value in simplicity!

Originally from the Philippines, Michael has been teaching movement for the past 20 years in Europe and Asia before moving to Australia. He is a Physical Therapist, Certified Pilates Teacher, and a Gyrotonic Trainer. He is the founder of Mbody Movement Studio, where he specializes in Clinical Pilates, Gyrotonic Method, and Myofascial Stretch Therapy.

Codie is a Brisbane-based Myotherapist and TFC Pro/ Guide. She has been working with The Foot Collective for 2 years building and teaching classes, running consults and creating online educational content. She has a particular interest in the feet (obviously) and how they connect to the rest of the body. She loves treating all foot pain conditions in her clinic and helping people restore and maintain good foot function at the TFC Hub. 

Olga Tamara is a leading Pilates educator with decades of experience in training and teaching. Certified in New York Pilates (2003) and Romana’s Pilates (2005), she holds a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Former Vice President of Pilates Alliance Australasia, Olga has dedicated her career to mentoring instructors and advancing Pilates education internationally.

Mila and Luisa are passionate Pilates instructors dedicated to helping clients move with strength, precision, and confidence. Mila brings a movement-centred, empowering approach to every session, while Luisa, owner of Plank Pilates Studio, focuses on personalised coaching and building lasting strength and mobility. Together, they lead workshops and classes that inspire both students and teachers alike.

Carla is an esteemed Pilates expert renowned for her passion and expertise in holistic well-being. With a career spanning over two decades, she has cultivated a unique approach to Pilates, seamlessly blending traditional techniques with contemporary insights.

Raphael is a Pilates educator and Clinical Exercise Physiologist based in Melbourne, Australia. He is the CEO of Breathe Education and his chief focus is helping Pilates instructors master anatomy and rehabilitation.

Susan Nash is an experienced Pilates teacher and studio owner with a strong background in dance and movement education. She owns Turning Tide Pilates in New Zealand, where she teaches Mat and Comprehensive Pilates with a focus on intelligent, sustainable movement.
